Returns/Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you MUST first contact us at support@kidswithattitude.store or by filling in a form on the contact us page.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of Mind
If you are not happy with your purchase, full-priced items or items using discount codes can be returned to us for store credit or an exchange (subject to available stock), as we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.
Requests for change of mind returns must be completed within 14 days of receiving your order. All requests for change of mind returns after this allocated timeframe will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unused) and original packaging, including the resealable black packaging and mailer bag.
We do not cover any of the costs associated with returning these items. However, we will provide you with a shipping label which you will be prompted to pay for.
Alternatively, you can choose your own courier to ship your item back to us.
Please keep in mind that we do not assume any responsibility if you choose your own courier and your parcel is lost or does not arrive.
Once we have received your parcel, it can take up to 7 business days to inspect the item and issue a Store Credit Gift Card or Exchange.
Faulty Items
We understand that occasionally a faulty item may slip through our quality control measures. If you believe you've received a defective product please fill in a form on the contact us page or send an email to support@kidswithattitude.store
Faulty items can be returned for an exchange, full refund or store credit (+ 10% of value).
We will cover the return shipping costs for all approved faulty item claims. A prepaid return label will be issued.
All returned items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unused) and original packaging, including the resealable black packaging and mailer bag.
Once we have received your parcel, it can take up to 7 business days to inspect the item and issue a refund, credit or exchange.
Incorrect Sizing
If you have purchased the incorrect size items can be returned to us for store credit or an exchange (subject to available stock), as we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.

Ineligible Returns
Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Any item that has been damaged by using them in a way they were not meant to be used or by not following the product specific garment care instructions does not qualify for a refund, store credit or exchange.
We do not offer refunds, store credits or exchanges for an item that has been used for a period of time where the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items. Please note that discount codes are NOT considered sale items.
